About CareScope

CareScope is a read-only provider data client being designed for Australian residential aged care, Support at Home and NDIS organisations. It brings authorised agency-held information into one unified provider data portal with analytics and lightweight workflow.

The permanent read-only boundary matters: CareScope does not submit claims, reassessments or other transactions to Services Australia or the NDIA. The production direction centres Australian-region hosting, Microsoft Entra ID, auditable consent and independent security review.

Residential Aged Care is the first delivery priority. Feedback from provider operations, finance, risk and compliance teams will shape how the wider cross-scheme product develops.
